Substitution policy

All flowers are subject to availability and while all necessary steps are taken to provide you with specific flowers / colours as requested they are subject to the seasons / weather conditions / supply & demand etc and therefore flexibility and a second flower / colour option is always recommended. The best substitution will be made by the florist on your behalf in such circumstances.

Please note that flowers are perishable, therefore neither exchangeable or refundable.
