Tell us a little about the overall style of your wedding and the vibe you are wanting.

What are your ideas on your flower colour palette? What flowers do you love? Any flower dislikes/ allergies (eg lilies grasses, fragrance). It may be helpful to look back at our social media around the date of your wedding the previous year to see what flowers are in season.

Please describe what your wedding dress looks like- colour and style. Please email us a photo if possible.

Would you like a bridal bouquet? What size/shape/style do you like?

How many bridesmaids do you have? What colour and style dress are they wearing? Please email us a photo if possible.

Would you like hair flowers for yourself/ your bridesmaids?

Do you have flower girls? How many do you have and what age will they be?

How many Grooms people do you have? What are they wearing, and do they want pin on flowers?

Pin on flowers for Parents, Grandparents or others?

Would you like floral arrangements at your ceremony? eg. a floral archway, rose petals, larger floral arrangements as a backdrop or a smaller arrangement for your signing table

Catering style: What is your catering style? eg plated to table, buffet, shared platters- this determines space available for flowers

Bridal party table flowers: Your wedding bouquets will be collected from our shop in glass vases on loan from us and can be used as your head table decorations. Head table arrangement?

Do you want flowers on your guest tables? What shape are your tables and how many tables?

Would you like any floral or foliage installations or arrangements? eg flower wall, archway, chandelier, hanging ‘cloud’ or freestanding arrangements. Please attach your inspo pics or ask us what we would suggest for your venue/style/budget

Would you like cake flowers? Please give us the name and number of your cake maker so we can contact them if needed. Your cake flowers will be collected with your wedding flowers unless we are going to the reception venue with other flowers.

Can you please give us some idea of your preferred wedding flower spend, if know or if you have one. This will help us to tailor your quote to suit your budget and also to advise on prioritizing and how to get the best from your wedding flower budget. We are happy to create beautiful wedding flowers for everyone- from a simple bridal bouquet to a full installation style set up.

Do you need us to pack up the following day? We charge to do this so some people prefer to do this themselves and return everything to us within the week following.
